Giveaway period: October 20–30, 2026
Celebrate autumn with Mestemacher and Polarbox! We’re giving away two autumn picnic sets, each including a stylish Polarbox cooler and a Mestemacher bread package.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before participating.
1. Organisers

In collaboration with POLISUR 2000, S.L.U. (Polarbox), Spain.
The giveaway takes place exclusively on Instagram via the original giveaway post published by @mestemacher_official in collaboration with @polarboxstyle_official and @polarboxstyle_brand.
The giveaway may also be promoted on Facebook. However, participation is only possible via the original Instagram giveaway post.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM and ends on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM(German and Spanish mainland local time).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Instagram account.
- Reside in Germany or Spain.
Employees of the organising companies and individuals directly involved in organising the giveaway are excluded.
Participation is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram during the giveaway period:
- Follow all three Instagram accounts: @mestemacher_official, @polarboxstyle_official and @polarboxstyle_brand.
- Like the original Instagram giveaway post.
- Comment on the original Instagram giveaway post with their favourite autumn picnic snack.
Only entries submitted under the original Instagram giveaway post will be considered. Comments, likes or shares on Facebook do not count as entries.
Each person may participate once. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.
Tagging friends or sharing the giveaway post is optional and does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prizes
A total of two autumn picnic sets will be awarded:
- One prize for a winner residing in Germany.
- One prize for a winner residing in Spain.
Each prize includes:
- One Polarbox cooler.
- One Mestemacher bread package.
The specific cooler model, colour and bread selection may vary depending on availability.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
After the giveaway has ended, two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries:
- One winner residing in Germany.
- One winner residing in Spain.
The organisers will verify the country of residence of the selected participants before confirming the winners.
If a selected participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, another eligible participant will be selected at random.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from an official participating account.
Winners must respond within seven calendar days and provide the information necessary to arrange prize delivery.
If a winner does not respond within this period, a replacement winner may be selected at random.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to eligible delivery addresses in Germany and Spain.
The organisers will coordinate prize fulfilment.
The winners‘ names, postal addresses and any contact details necessary for delivery will be shared with POLISUR 2000, S.L.U. (Polarbox) exclusively for arranging and shipping the prizes.
The personal data provided will not be used for advertising, marketing or unrelated purposes.

8.2 Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying winners, and arranging prize delivery.
The processing of personal data necessary for participation and prize fulfilment is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where necessary, personal data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR or for legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8.3 Categories of Personal Data
The following personal data may be processed:
- Instagram usernames and giveaway comments.
- Names and countries of residence of selected winners.
- Postal addresses and contact details required for prize delivery.
- Communications relating to winner notification and prize fulfilment.
8.4 Data Sharing
The winners‘ personal data necessary for prize delivery will be shared with POLISUR 2000, S.L.U. (Polarbox), Spain, exclusively for arranging and shipping the prizes.
The data may also be provided to shipping service providers where necessary to deliver the prizes.
Polarbox will not use the personal data received for advertising, marketing or any other unrelated purposes.
8.5 Data Retention
Personal data collected directly by the organiser for the administration of the giveaway will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the giveaway, notify the winners and arrange prize delivery.
After completion, the data will be deleted unless further retention is required by applicable legal obligations or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Data processed independently by Instagram or Facebook is subject to the respective platform’s privacy policies and retention practices.
8.6 Participants‘ Rights
Under the GDPR, participants have the right, subject to applicable legal requirements, to:
- Request access to their personal data.
- Request rectification of inaccurate personal data.
- Request erasure of personal data.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing where applicable.
- Request data portability where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

9. Fair Participation and Changes
The organisers reserve the right to exclude participants who manipulate the giveaway, provide false information or violate these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances beyond the organisers‘ reasonable control prevent the giveaway from proceeding as planned, the organisers may make necessary changes or cancel the giveaway in accordance with applicable law.
10. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with this giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Instagram, Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the organisation, administration or fulfilment of the giveaway.
